Domestic Shipping

Divalicious ships with Australia Express Post in Australia. All orders are trackable. The tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your item(s) have been sent.

Orders placed before 12pm are are usually sent the same day and orders placed before 5pm will be sent the following day.

Divalicious is based in Airlie Beach, Whitsundays, Queensland,  Express Postage times to QLD, NSW, VIC and SA is usually 2 business days. For WA, NT and more remote regional areas in Australia, Express Postage may take 3 – 5 days.

Please specify in the ‘order notes’ section of your order if you would  like your order to be Registered with Signature on Arrival.

Orders over $150 qualify for FREE SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA. Select the Free Express Postage option in the cart.

If buying one or several Jewelled + Leather Headpieces, Earrings, Bangles + Bracelets or Satin Head Scarves, Express Post Shipping is a flat rate of $12.

All other Divalicious Fascinators, Headpieces, Feather Crowns, Flower Headpieces and Clutches + Handbags are a flat rate of $13 via Express Post Shipping per item. Added items to a single order are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Divalicious ships with Australia Standard Post for all overseas orders. The Express option is currently not available, as this service is not guaranteed with Australia Post.

Orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 

If buying Jewelled + Leather Headpieces, Earrings, Bangles + Bracelets or Satin Head Scarves, Standard Post Shipping is a flat rate of $20. Added items from the above said collections are calculated at checkout.

All other Divalicious Fascinators, Headpieces, Feather Crowns, Flower Headpieces and Clutches + Handbags are a flat rate of $25 via Standard Post Shipping per item. Added items to a single order are calculated at checkout.

For deliveries outside of Australia, please be aware that your own country may impose customs fees or taxes on purchased items, based on the value of the purchase. You, as the customer, are responsible for the payment of these fees. Divalicious will not accept a return based upon an unwillingness to pay these fees. For further information please contact your country’s Post Office or local customs department to ascertain the fees before purchase.

Divalicious is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post. In saying this, the service with Australia Post is exceptional and is why it is the preferred carrier for Divalicious.

Please check that your delivery address is correct when ordering online. All addresses are verified when orders are received. Should your address appear incorrect or incomplete, you will be contacted prior to sending.
